Following completion of the NHS Graduate Scheme, Molly has been working for several years as a Project Manager in the UKs largest provider of Child Health Information Services, NHS SCW. She has a MSc in Child Psychology and has led the delivery of several projects to improve childhood vaccination uptake such as accessible letters and boosting childhood GP registration. Molly utilises the wealth of child health data CHIS manage to make data informed decisions on initiatives to reduce vaccination health inequalities and increase uptake.
